Mr. Adhiraj Sarin, B. Tech, Electrical & Electronics Engineer from IIT Kanpur with decades of experience in a variety of multinational industries. For 25 years, Sarin worked with and lead several divisions within Unilever in India, including foods, detergents, and seeds and fertilizers. He served as Managing Director of Bombay Dying textiles, followed by Tube Investments of India, which manufactured safety critical steel components for the automobile industry. Sarin went on to fill the role of CEO of Bunge India, leading the company in profitable growth for seven years. Most recently, he was CEO of Louis Dreyfus Commodities, an agricultural goods business.
Mr. Sarin is on the Board of Andhra Paper Limited – one of the largest manufacturers of Paper & Pulp in India, and Tinna Trade Pvt Limited, a leading trading Company dealing in Agri Products. Apart from that he is also on the Global Advisory Board of Ivy Mobility Inc, a leading provider of Enterprise Mobility Solutions for Consumer Goods Industry thru SaaS and Corporate Advisor with Master & Little.

Mr. N C Venugopal, a BSc (Mechanical Engineering) Graduate from College of Engineering College Trivandrum and Masters in Business Management from MDI, Gurugram. He also did his Leadership and Business Program from London School of Business – under Aditya Birla Scholarship.
He has rich experience in diversified sectors like Automobiles (Eicher Group), Engineering Exports and Confectionary with Murugappa Group, Transmission Line projects business Head of KEI International for SE Asia and Managing Director of CEAT Tyres Business in Sri Lanka – both of RPG Group. He continues to be with RPG Group as Managing Director of CEAT AKKHAN LIMITED, Dhakka – Bangladesh.

Menon had a long tenure of more than 32 years’ experience in various capacities in Engineering and Chemical Industries. Post his long innings with Murugappa Group – as Business Head in EID Parry Limited and Tube Investments of India Limited, presently is with Nitta Gelatin India Limited since Apri’14 – a JV of Nitta Gelatin Inc,
Japan and KSIDC, Kerala – as Managing Director. Products of NGIL is meeting the needs of Pharma, Food, Agri, Chemical and Industrial Sectors with over 60% export across continents. Extensive International Business experience in speciality products adds value to Classic Alliance LLP’s market development space.

With Masters in Economics from Calcutta University, Mr. Sehanobis pursued Business Management in IISBWM, Calcutta – one of the oldest Business Management School in India. Starting his Career in Sales and Marketing with Tube Investments of India Limited in Calcutta, he has held various positions and functions in the organisation over the next 40 years. His rich experience in Marketing and Sourcing – called as Materials Function in those days, he soon became Business Unit Heads within the Group and retired as President, Tube Products of India – the largest division of Tubes Investments comprising Steel Strips, Steel Tubes and Exports businesses.
A Wild life enthusiast, obsessed with music of Pandit Ajoy Chakraborty, Kaushiki Chakraborty and Manabendra Mukherjee – AKS is he is fondly called will enrich the LLP with his experience in Steel Industry and business experience.
Rao with Master’s Degree in Personal Management & Industrial Relations comes with rich industrial experience of over 40 years in various positions/functions and CEO across industries. Rao is also a qualified Executive Coach in from Coaching Federation of India.
Rao brings with him a unique blend of experience, with the first 16 years in the Human Resources function and the next 27 years as SBU Head/CEO of diverse businesses in the manufacturing and engineering services space. Apart from his diversified experience with Murugappa Group for 27 years, in different Companies/roles- the last with Tube Investments of India Ltd as President of the Engineering SBU with over Rs.1000 Crs revenues, he also had been with leading Indian Corporates like Ashok Leyland, TVS Group and Fairfax Group.
He currently heads his Management and Business Consultancy- Rao Associates which offers tailor made and cost-effective services in Strategic H R, aligning strategies to Business goals, Performance Management Systems and Processes, Business strategy formulation, business planning and robust review mechanisms for various Mid/Large Organisations. He is on the Board of two companies as Independent Director.
Mr. R. Kannan completed B Com., from Madura College, Madurai and then he pursued full time MBA with specialisation in Finance from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore. He joined M/s. Loyal Textile Mills Ltd., in 1991 as Management Trainee and grew up over a period of time to the position of Vice President reporting to the CMD. He has 19 years of experience and during this period he has handled Accounts, Costing, MIS, commercial aspects of projects, raising long term and short-term loans, Forex risk management, overseeing statutory compliances, JV accounts, ERP implementation, Business Processes reengineering, capital goods negotiation, budgeting, finalization of accounts, audit etc.,
Mr. Kannan is presently Sr. Vice President – heading the Wind Business at Orient Green Power Company Limited – a leading Renewable Energy player since 2010. He is also on the Boards of Associate Companies as Director. His strong Analytical skills, Finance Management, Business Planning and Commercial experience will add great value to our Company.
Mr. Diwakar, a super Specialist in Direct & Indirect Taxation with over 40 years of experience with diversified Groups like the Murugappa Group in South and Anand Group (Gabriel, Purolator etc.) in Mumbai/Delhi. He has also been a Member of Shome Committee constituted by Government of India to provide guidelines for General Anti-Avoidance Rules in India – GAAR (headed by noted Economist Shri. Parthasarathy Shome).
Mr. Diwakar is a keen supporter of Social Responsibility, he guided various Murugappa Group Company as Adviser in implementing CSR Activities effectively. He continues to advise Murugappa Group companies in Tax related matters.
A Charted Accountant by profession with almost 35 years of experience with Murugappa Group, has held various senior level positions in Finance and Commercial functions in Tube Investments of India Limited, Chennai. As head of Supply Chain Management for over Rs.4000 Crs base of various units of Tube Investments, he was responsible for streamlining SCM Process in the Company. He also was part of team to implement SCM effectively across Group Companies to bring in synergy and cost efficiency in the process.
Mr. Narayanan, after retiring from the Group recently as Executive Vice President, is actively involved in supporting SMEs in SCM areas and associated with various Social Welfare organisations.
Selvaraj, Mechanical Engineer from Madurai Kamaraj University has got rich experience in Power Sector and associated with various projects across the Globe spanning from South Americas to China/S E Asia.
More than 40 years of experience in various capacities, with commendable expertise in Erection & Commissioning and Management of Power Stations. Apart from serving with BHEL for a long time, he has served various organizations of International repute such as ABB, Alstom (China, Germany, & Stuttgart), Babcock-Borsig, CMI, GE, Mitsubishi, PIC-USA, etc.
He is also Founder – Chairman of Navsar Engineering International Pvt Limited, Chennai and Navsar Engineering International Pte Limited, Singapore. Navsar is a progressive business house offering a bouquet of services and solutions for the Energy & Infrastructure Industries. Navsar has advised, executed and managed a diverse set of conventional, non-conventional power projects.
Mr. V. Nagarajan, graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University has been in the Pulp and Paper Industry for the past four decades plus. An expert in Project Management and Processes critical for business, he was with various Paper Mills of repute across India before moving to Thailand in 1991. Since then, he has been with Evergreen Plus Company Limited in Bangkok – the largest Paper Mill in the Country as Deputy Managing Director.
Mr. Nagarajan is a Specialist in Paper Technology and had been to leading plants in Europe for Technology / Plant Sourcing as also as Guest Speaker for Skill Development Lectures. He also is on the Board of a couple of Engineering Companies.
V Ramachandran is an astute professional with over 40 years of industry experience spanning Steel and Energy sector. During his career he has handled Sales, Marketing, Corporate Relations and Regulatory Affairs for major Corporates in India and Overseas. Some of the brands he represented are Tata Steel, JSW, ISPAT industries, ESSAR Group and Nayara Energy.
His last assignment was President – Corporate Affairs with Nayara Energy ( Formerly known as Essar Oil Ltd and now Rosneft Refinery, a Russian Oil Major ). As part of the Leadership team , he was instrumental in engaging with Government and regulatory bodies for policy advocacy and thought leadership in shaping regulatory environment. Has strong relationship with policy makers, bureaucracy, industry chambers and regulatory bodies especially in Steel, Oil & Gas and Power sector. He is a passionate believer in the industry growth and supports the cause of self-sustainability.
P Ramachandran is an Aeronautical Engineering graduate from Madras Institute of Technology and holds a post graduate diploma in Management from IIM, Ahmedabad. He has over 35 years of experience in the field of marketing, business development and general management. Before joining TII, he has worked with Asian paints for 5 years in Sales. In the almost 30 years since he joined TII, he has handled a variety of assignments in the three divisions of TII viz TI cycles as Regional Manager and as All India Sales Manager and in TI Diamond Chain as Head of Marketing for the Domestic and International business. In Tube Products of India, he has handled operations and was head of Marketing and Business Development of tubes for the domestic market. He was also responsible for handling Tubular Components Division. He was a member of CII Southern Regional Council 2010-11 and has represented the Company in several Industry associations like All India Cycle Manufacturers Association, Precision Tubes Division of CII and the like.
Apart from Domestic Market, he has been Heading Exports as well across products and comes with rich experience in Global Marketing. Last position held was as President, TI Diamond Chain – a Unit of TII with over Rs.1000 Crs in revenues.
Mr. P. Krishnakumar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University. He has over 40 years of industrial experience in Sales and Marketing, International Business Development and as Business Head of various Companies across Industries. He held Senior Positions with Tube Investments of India Limited, a part of Murugappa Group and Comcraft Group of Chandarias for about 30 years. He is also in the Board of Nihan Technologies an IT Services Company – part of Comcraft Group in Chennai.
Joining as Managing Director of Orient Green Power Company Limited (a part of Shriram Group) in 2007 – a Renewable Energy start-up – and lead the Company till Sep.’13. He continues to be in their Board as a Non- Executive Director. From Sep.’13 to Sep.’17 he was Managing Director of Leitwind Shriram Manufacturing Limited and continues to be in their Board as Non-Executive Director till date. He is also in the Board of few Group Companies.
